Throwback 5

Hello everyone,

I know that I haven't been posting much but I have a busy period at my internship with different project running and I am also trying to work out much more (because summer is coming 😅).

So, this throwback is not going to contain a lot of special events and information since I did not really do many things. Last weekend it was one of my classmate's birthday and we had a great night. First, we went for some food and drinks in a very nice bar joined by all her friends from her internship. After this we went to a karaoke bar and we sang all the air out of our longs.

The best thing about coming on Erasmus to Spain is the weather. But last two weeks the it has been very disappointing… It has been raining a lot and it is too cold to leave my apartment without my jacket. Not that I really hate it because it is nothing compared to the bad weather in Belgium, but when you come to Barcelona you expect some good weather.

Now it is finally getting better and I can just go to work in my shirt/polo. People here think I am crazy since they think that 25 degrees is no summerweather yet 😊.

I’ve also been working out a lot the last 4 weeks. According to my schedule I must go for a run 4 times a week and the other days I do workouts with my dumbbells at home. It is going pretty well, and it gives me a lot of positive energy!

Normally, this week was supposed to be my last week of the internship @Lifting Group. But before I came to Barcelona, I agreed to stay five months instead of three. Not that that makes me unhappy, I love it here and I love my internship! And…. The weather is only going to get better every week, when I come home, people won’t recognize me and my tan!

Yes, before I forget, I have some extra news: Next year I will be doing a Master in Supply Global Chain Management and Procurement at Fontys Univerity in Venlo. This is a double degree which means that I will be doing half of the study in Plymouth in England! Cool right, England here I come!
